I'm also...Yes, absolutely I log the reactions. I'm also a bit over-geeky on all things CD. I've got DH and can have a long lag between gluten ingestion and symptoms showing up. I haven't gone all the way towards recording my diet, but I feel it is not far off!

Also, I have 2x appointments with my physician per year as my internal chemistry is not average. I always get asked how many times I got sick from the accidental wheat ingestion.Fred Lybrandhttp://www.junonutrition.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1601113883707795825.post-30108149637240344572010-01-02T13:04:10.634-08:002010-01-02T13:04:10.634-08:00I don't but I should. But I always think what ...I don't but I should. But I always think what if it isn't gluten. What if I'm just sick from something else, it's so easy to blame it on gluten. But that's how I ended up getting re-glutened over and over by the same thing. I think I need to keep a log of symptoms all the time and what I eat. Just to see what's going on.1artsychickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06285086101572356067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1601113883707795825.post-36188494439400633922010-01-01T17:26:01.028-08:002010-01-01T17:26:01.028-08:00I don't, but that is actually a fantastic idea...I don't, but that is actually a fantastic idea because I've noticed that my symptoms have been changing each time and getting more severe with each glutening. Luckily, no glutenings this entire pregnancy so far.Allison the Meephttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13187106256908781163noreply@blogger.com
