I don't, but that is actually a fantastic idea because I've noticed that my symptoms have been changing each time and getting more severe with each glutening. Luckily, no glutenings this entire pregnancy so far.
I don't but I should. But I always think what if it isn't gluten. What if I'm just sick from something else, it's so easy to blame it on gluten. But that's how I ended up getting re-glutened over and over by the same thing. I think I need to keep a log of symptoms all the time and what I eat. Just to see what's going on.
Yes, absolutely I log the reactions. I'm also a bit over-geeky on all things CD. I've got DH and can have a long lag between gluten ingestion and symptoms showing up. I haven't gone all the way towards recording my diet, but I feel it is not far off!
Also, I have 2x appointments with my physician per year as my internal chemistry is not average. I always get asked how many times I got sick from the accidental wheat ingestion.
